Deferred Shading

Deferred Shading

After graduating, I had about a month of free time before starting work. During that period, at my professor’s request, I gave lectures to junior students. The topic could be anything related to the DigiPen course, and as a passionate fan of graphics, I prepared a lecture on Deferred Shading to help them.

I covered not only OpenGL 3.0 but also how to use the latest versions, explaining both the principles and practical applications. While preparing the lecture, I also included a brief explanation of Local Lighting, introducing its implementation and how it contributes to optimize lighting.

I spent a significant amount of time thinking about how to effectively convey the fundamental concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. This experience required considerable effort, but I found great joy in sharing my knowledge with others.
